The A, B, C's of my political philosophy can be summed up as follows:

1. Accountability. Hold myself, the staff and Board accountable to the customers to provide safe, clean water at the lowest cost.

2. Business decisions made to reduce cost, serve society and the environment.

3. Communicate expectations clearly with customers, staff and other water professionals and conserver water sensibly to expand future waters supply.

4. Dedicate my life to continued public service as I transition from full time service to half work.

5. Environmental protection providing a safe water supply and using new sensible water conserving technologies to reduce urban runoff, decrease beach pollution and lower customer water cost.
